I felt crappy all day and haven't slept, yet! I tried to steal some cute pics on the bus...

When I came home, I was aching from sleep deprivation...but wait? What's this? Two packages for me! The lingerie I ordered arrived!


It's rare that I label panties as unsellable - in fact, the panties I wore today are too cute to give up!

But these BRAND NEW panties I think I'm keeping! I'm in LOVE!

I love it so much! And it fits perfectly without a bra! Meaning I can wear it outside! If only it weren't getting cold so soon!


Except, after the excitement of my new lingerie faded, I started to feel a little off again...

Therefore, I've decided to halt all work until tomorrow and go RIGHT to bed!

Does my blog not look...um...amazing? (well, maybe not amazing, but a lot better!)

Finally, after a three month wait, I have a brand new computer! I no longer have to prop up my screen on a vase to use it! No more back aches from hunching over my make-shift ipad!

Oh, and it sure feels nice to actually type on a computer instead of lugging a giant external keyboard and mouse around because I literally typed the keys off the old one!

Clearly, I'm feeling much better!

 
Check out those super cute panties I wore yesterday! Another vintage-esque pair, black and white striped and cut like an old-fashioned swimsuit - this style is tough to pull off unless you have very long legs, (which I do), as it tends to make women looks shorter. Or so Cosmo tells me.

I shot THREE photo-sets for upcoming auctions for upcoming auctions yesterday at my friend Ava's house (you think I'd live in a place with windows like that? My room doesn't even have windows!) - and one set for the lucky gentleman who's receiving my ever-popular cherry-print panties!

I'm still working on moving all my panty photos from my old computer, so I only have access to a limited supply, right now. But, lucky for you, along with a new computer, comes a new auction!

KAMMI'S PINK LACE PANTIES! SHEER AND SILKY!

Click the above link to go straight to the auction - and the "Panties of the Week," feature has finally been updated! These are the lacy, pink panties Amaya and I have been trying to photograph for a week, but haven't gotten sufficient light. Don't they look great in Ava's high rise?

I ended up (blah!) having to pay for a Flickr account to get even a portion of the photos up on ebanned! Little known fact - you know how Flickr has a photo limit on uploads? Well, it applies even if you take down photos to remove more space! I ended up removing all the images from the last auction for the blue, sparkly panties - 

 (remember my cool red highlights?)

...and still getting stuck with no room to upload! Thanks a lot, Flickr, for being the only photo hosting services that accepts anything close to nudity!

Hopefully, these pink lace panties will make up the difference (hint, donation button, hint). I was milling around the House of Lounge (a lingerie shop in New Orleans) website, and think my sheer pink panties sort of resemble this look - what a striking images, too -

 And the white socks are fantastic - I put up a link to House of Lounge on the blog, as well (again, hint, hint)! Anyway, my friend Joelle from New Orleans took all of yesterday's photos and we have extra that I'm holding aside in case I need to throw up additional "incentive" to garner a good price on the pretty pink beauties. We took lots of full-body shots in Ava's gigantic windows...hell, I'll throw one up here, as an example - 

 Shooting at Ava's house is always particularly luxurious, but sadly, the fun is soon over - Ava is moving to New York at the end of the month and Joelle, who takes the best photos, returns to New Orleans on Saturday! Leaving me, Kammi, back with Amaya and the gallery...and the looming rent (yes, I mean August's rent...)

In addition to updating the slideshow portion of the blog, I'm thinking of adding two new photo-related features...a slideshow of "upcoming panties" and a slideshow of "lost loves" (panties who have found new homes!) For now, there's just a sneak peek of next week's panties...and I'm actually deciding between two pairs!

Example A:

Cotton panties with lace lining and...get this...the fabric is actually printed with little panties! Well, "bikini bottoms" would be more accurate, you get the picture! Brings a whole new meaning to "bikini-style" panties!

Example B:

I've been photographed in these black, lace thongs for quite a while. But I happened to be wearing a black and red outfit yesterday and they matched exactly! I threw them in my bag and Joelle and I took a ton of photos in front of the windows overlooking the city - some of the best images I've ever taken!

Thongs always seem to sell extremely well, but black panties are never hot items! I'm wondering if I can strike a balance!

It's already past midnight and I still totally recovered from last weekend's insanity - or checked my emails! I've got plenty more updates, but they'll have to wait until tomorrow!

Where I live...

I have five roommates. Yes. There's six of us. Luckily, we live in a giant loft and everyone has their own bedroom. As you can imagine, there are quite a few downsides - 

- Dishes. Many, many dishes.
- Waking at 4.00am to the noise band practicing in your living room.
- Finding small grocery bags of garbage around the house when the trashcan is overflowing (a personal favorite).
- Hearing someone have sex through the wall - even I'm guilty of this!
- Privacy? What privacy?

Believe it or not, there is an upside. For example, there's always someone to chat with if I'm feeling lonely (I talk A LOT). And there's pretty much no such thing as wasted food. But the best part, aside from having one roommate who's a photographer, is getting to participate in art projects. A few weeks ago, I appeared in a performance project - Argh! I can't find the photos on my computer!


Anyway, there ended up being a motorcycle at the performance space, so naturally I stripped and took a photo!

And, living in a gallery gives me tons of options for unusual background settings. I have a roof overlooking the el train - 

Sadly, it's still kind of a wasteland - beer bottles EVERYWHERE! But my friend, Ava, lives downtown, and I often escape to her place...and she has air-conditioning! Here I am on her balcony, overlooking the city -

 

Living in the lap of luxury is nice...even if it's only for an hour!
